CLASS FAQs

What I'll take home

Expect to make one piece for glazing. The first is usually a practice piece and will get recycled

What to wear

Wear comfy clothes that you don't mind getting dirty

What to expect

For classes, you will get two 1 lb balls of clay one of which will get glazed and fired. If you love both pieces, you can glaze the second for an extra $15

What is included

Use of tools and equipment and an apron will be provided

When can I pick up my finished work

Your work will be done 4 weeks after your class. It takes time for pieces to be fired, painted and fired again.

Can you promise my pottery will survive the kiln?

Unfortunately sometimes pieces are lost during firing. We will do everything we can to protect your pottery but cannot guarantee its survival.

Can I wheel throw with long nails?

Chances are slim. You might want to stick to hand building!
