1. Overview

Thank you for joining our pottery community! This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions for our Monthly Pottery Class Subscription (the “Subscription”) offered by The Pot Shed (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscription Details

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month (the date you first subscribed).

  • What’s Included: Each monthly subscription includes access to the studio, equipment, basic tools and glazes.

  • Schedule: Times are set in advance and can be found on the membership product page.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider at the time of subscription and each month thereafter.

  • You authorize The Pot Shed to charge your selected payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel your subscription.

  • If a payment fails, we’ll notify you by email and may temporarily suspend access until payment is received.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • To cancel, log into your account and make the changes online.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — we do not offer partial refunds for unused time or missed classes.

5. Refunds and Missed Classes

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a new billing cycle has begun.

  • If you cannot attend a class, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to offer a make-up session, subject to availability, but it’s not guaranteed.

  • In the event we cancel a class, we will provide a make-up session or issue a credit to your account.

6. Pausing Your Subscription

If you need to take a break (e.g., for travel or illness), you may request a pause of your subscription for up to [e.g., one month] by contacting us at least [e.g., 7 days] before your next billing date.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may occasionally update our class offerings, prices, or policies. If changes affect your subscription, we’ll notify you in advance by email. Continued participation after notice means you accept the updated terms.
